is tha PH bad kuz i can bump it up real Ez if i shud
i jus usualy let them graze on ta algae (thats y i buy them to CLEAN!) and give them blanched cucumber evry once in while
 
Have you noticed the angels picking at them? The issue is that snails from a petstore or rarely fed well so they come into your tank weakened. They need a consistent calcium rich diet of veggies or pelleted food (ken's catfish pellets have 16% calcium). If the angel is harassing them by nipping at antennae, its likely they are not feeding. Bridgesii are not algae eaters, they need food. Your pH should ideally be well over 7 to prevent shell erosion.
 
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo i wanted them 2 eat all of my algae but obviously not... lol!
ya its hard kuz all my fishes eat any thing i thro in there especially my aros (lol my killies think they r aros)
 
mine will sometimes do that a few months after i get them
then BOOM i have 10 thousand babies all through thier tank
