Ok my 2 tanks...Who Should Go Where....

My earthmover is the largest. So this is not the problem, The 90 should be big enough to give some free space.. now I cheat I keep an african in my tank to calm my south americans. down... you will have to keep an eye on all of them and chasing will happen and gill flare will also.. but when you start seeing fin damage its going to the next level.. In my 150 i have the following
1 earthmover
1 jd
1tx
1 pink convict
1 salivini
1 jaquar
1 firemouth
1 orange midas (red devil?)
1 powder blue african
1 pike
 
the line up is not that different from you.. smaller ones are easier to socialize. you did good by getting them smaller.. be careful about the change to new tank and an amonia spike i would set up the 90 take my filter off the 55 and squeeze the sponge or whatever media that is in that filter into the 90 and let the pump on the 90 clean that tank until clear and upto temp.. then move them..
 
my 90 gallon was a tank ive been using. i had 6 red bellies that i rehomed today. so the tank is fine. i have 2 AC110's on it and a magnum 350.
 
where should i put the ornate poly. i hear they prefer sand. but he looks like he is having fun in the 55 and all the plants and hiding spots
 
k i thought the tank was a new setup for ya.. well I think you have a handle on the character of your fish.. I lucked out and my leader is the african and the firemouth and texas challenge eachother and the salivini and jaq challenge. so everyone has a partner to deal with but submit to others.. i forgot theres a blue acara in there to.. your going to have a nice tank once grown up...
 
how big is it.. still small? thats a bicher right?? and are you feeding live food yet?
 
you have got an interesting line up.. you have 3 firemouths and that fuels the flame..its almost like only a few in the 55 if we toss all the cichlids .. you might be right about the geos staying with the rams, and tetra.
 
ya my firemouths are the a-holes. i just got the birchir today..im gonna be feeding him silversides and shrimp.
