There is no best MOD, but more of less, just someones favourite. Mine change on a monthly basis depending on who sends me the most infractions, warnings, post deletes *cough ewurm cough* and so forth.
In all seriousness, most people dont know what a MOD actually does on a day to day basis. A recent mod called 'Monster-Graphic' has barely posted, but I bet he's a contributed much to this forum.
