Im not sure of this, but I think that the reason for the music in this video is because if they just had live sound it would be a recording of the vacuum pump switching on and off to suck out the air from the air stone.

I did an upside down tank without the need or use of a vacuum pump

Very cool indoor pond! I'd love to build one like that, really gave me some ideas, that thing looks great!

He actually explained how the tank worked. I think he used a venturi pump to suck air out. Here are the pics. I can't find the thread where he explains in depth as to how it works. But basically once the water level reaches the bottom of the upside down tank it creates a seal. Then by sucking the air out with a pump the water will naturally rise up the tank creating your upside down tank...or two story pond.

i have seen this before its a great tank

As far as I know, you have to make your own tanks to end up with a good copy of this design.
The reason for this is that I just dont think you can happen to find pre-made tanks that look anything close to these.

The taller tank is not just a normal aqaurium upside down.
The tank is built with longer side and back glass that it rests on with the front glass shorter so that the fish can come and go into it.

The lower pond tank is also a design that I have never seen before.
My guess is that you would also have to make this tank as well.

It's a good looking system if you know how to make aqauriums.
