Whatever is on sale? LOL, that's not very sound advice as quite often it's the lower quality slower moving products (with higher mark up) that end up being on sale. That, and one cannot tell the true value (as in quality and digestibility of raw ingredients) of a food by sticker price alone. Buying in bulk is always a good idea. Freeze the bulk and keep a container on hand that you refill each month or two.
The point is, one doesn't need to feed fancy ass high priced FH "specialty" foods to grow out a masterpiece. In fact, many of the FH specialty foods aren't even what I would personally consider quality diets. On the other hand, that doesn't mean that one should simply feed whatever is on sale.
To the OP, this is only one of many fish that I fed NLS exclusively to over the past decade or more.
