Wow that's the biggest con I've seen.

Biggest con I ever saw was in San Quinten, 1973.

That's the second biggest, though.

OH!! And hopefully today i will get a response fromt eh two new guys I may save....

My LFS had a male con similar to the one posted my Modest_Man, very old and very big. My convict story is one of regret and new found hope. I had a breeding pair in a 55 and foolishly let them go to a friend to make room for another fish. However, this thread has inspired me to dedicate my 42 gallon (hex) to a young pair of cons. I am promising myself to never get rid of them. I may separate them, but I will keep these fish for the duration. I will take pics tonight and post.

Convicts are definitely underrated, they are beautiful and have interesting behaviors. Thanks to all of you for posting your pics, I'm back in the world of convicts thanks to you!

Awesome!!

No doubt man.. I am pickin up possibly a couple 5-6" males today ;) If I get to the guy before anyone else.. Which is likely as no one around here holds high regards to cons either :D They aren't pretty.. So we will see if they do not end up food.. But anyway!!

Awesome to hear you are doing it again as well :D Cannot wait to see the pics!!

I have about 200 or so free swimmers weekly...I am quickly tiring of this...:(
