I'm just trying to get rid of the discoloration. but what paint would you suggest or wat type of paint?

i was looking into boat bottom paint its not that expensive and has a nice finish to it. i just painted my boat seems to be fish friendly. unless anyone has something negative to say on it ima go with it!
