my young brethren, be cautious . . .the problem is that it's a subtle form of predatory lending, with excessive interest rates and many people often default on the loan.

argh thats so small, I see people taking notes on them in class. I don't see how there hands fit on the keyboard. I think 12 inches would be a good size for a mini laptop/netbook.

the problem is that we live in a gotta-have-it-now society. gone are the days of deferred gratification, when one would take 6 months and just save up $300. society is teaching our youth to seek out instant gratification, at any cost.

glad you got a new laptop but beware of credit, while it can be great for you to start your credit life it can also bite you in the ass if you miss just one payment. i got stung when i turned 18 and joined the forces. i eventually paid off the damage when i was 24, im 27 in a few days and my credit rating is still pretty poor even though ive been a good lad for the past 3 years.

a tip for the future: never ever buy expensive high spec computers/laptops or new to market technology. its out of date before you know it and/or needs improving once customer feedback comes in.

agreed, as of right now i owe NO money to anyone, i own my own house, land, and vehicles. i have no credit cards, if i dont have the cash i dont need it. as far as vehicles and homes go though, you almost always have to borrow money to buy these things.
