Hi everyone- does everyone try this food to feeding your cichlid ? Thanks

I feed it in almost all of my tanks and my Severus, fire mouth, and a few other cichlids eat them as well, almost solely at this point. I haven’t seen any negative effect over the year or few I’ve been feeding them.

I fail to understand what you are asking, I do apologize for that.
If you’re asking how much waste is produced compared to before they started eating it I would say I haven’t seen an increase in waste from the fish that eat it.
