omega one?

we use omega on. I think it is a good food to use. what kind of fish do you have

I feed my cichlids Omega One along with NLS and they love it . If yours are picky maybe you could mix the Omega One with their current staple and slowly wein them onto the Omega One

Only one kind of food? Sad, mix it up. Give yer cichlids some frozen stuff and a couple different kinds pellets, maybe go down to the ol' bait shop and pick them up some smaller worms of one kind or another.
I like Omega One, it's decent stuff. Only complaints I hear are that it's too fatty, and that their marketing crosses the line between brilliant and fraudulent.
