Only one kind of food? Sad, mix it up. Give yer cichlids some frozen stuff and a couple different kinds pellets, maybe go down to the ol' bait shop and pick them up some smaller worms of one kind or another.
I like Omega One, it's decent stuff. Only complaints I hear are that it's too fatty, and that their marketing crosses the line between brilliant and fraudulent.

I think omega one is a decent pellet, but I think NLS is better. That's another thread though.
