Can someone give me tips on making my tank that clean?

I heard that just leaving your tank alone with over feeding, no water changes, no filters, too many fish and having a really small tank is the key to a pristine tank!

Its free... Id pick it up and drop those feeders off somewhere. Then use it as a nice betta enclosure.

Lol i feel like an 8 year old again.... the dump would sustain the nice brown murky water.
