can't see the pix...

I'd take him to a vet. Look to see if there's a reptile specialist close to you.

There is no need to freak out unless your turtle body starts becoming all blody red and its skin starts falling, wich would indicate septicemia, for wich urgent medical help is needed. What I see here is a litle bliter may be caused by fungus ,bacteria or both but if your turtle is acting normal then:chillpill: All you need to do is to find one of thouse fish medicines "general topic" like the one from tetra, get a bugget, fill the bugget a bit so that your tut can submurge, ad the medicine untill the water turns a bit yellow or blue(wich is the product color), ad your turt and let him stay in there for about 20 minutes. Repeate several times a day untill your turt fully recovers. Also change your turt water very often about 40% a day so to make life hard for the patogens and make shure your turt has the oportunity to bask and dry out of the water to avoid this from happening again. That´s it:D

i cannot see abything from the pix, sorry

Now I see it.....a very slight one...i think you said it all, Coura..

Does your turt already have a place where he can get completely dry?
