There are 25 rat pup deliever to my local pet store (superpet) this afternoon, and when I visit the shop in the evening, only one left :(

Must be the peak hatching season of snakes.. cant imagine they are gone that fast :irked:

I got one, lucky for me.. :D but not so unlucky for the rat pup.. :irked: Its so cute by looking at it, sometimes I just wanna keep it than feeding to the snake..

Time for the snake to take a bath.. then feeding time :D

buy a few rats and breed them your self.

Go frozen. Cheaper, and with rat-cicles you don't have the distraction of cuteness :)

I starting producing my own rats this year in anticipation of hatching season....it can get expensive to feed all of those babies. And for me, even the babies I do plan on offering for sale, still need to eat a bunch of times before I feel good enough to send them out.

But yes, rat fuzzies are cute...I'd say at about 3 weeks of age is their apex of cuteness. But then, they start growing into big, nasty rats.

Even if my parents allow me to breed rats, I wont do them. Adult rats are BIG, AS BIG AS my shoe..

If you try to take the rat pup away, they BITE and HARD too.

Im scare of them ><

Just like humans.. first 5 years very cute.. and then the next 15-25 years super cute.. and then the rest.. blah.. ugly :P hehe
