The biggest problem I have is the fact that it is in a 30 gallon. I would only put a convict in a 30, but thats just me. Seen worse? I would love to see a worse situation than a silver aro in a 30.....Sad day.

He must be doing something right regardless of how improper you think the care is. The fish looks good. Actually much better than some fish getting the proper care i've seen here.
