OMG! Shark vs Octopus!

Pu**y sharks? Why...because it got eaten? It happens to the best of us...or them. Interesting video though, I never saw an octopus eat a shark before...normally the other way around.

Guess I am not the only one who thought it was a dumb coment.
 
Impressive stuff from the octo, but what surprised me is the shark's lack of fight. the shark didn;t seem to struggle or anything just kind of accepted it's fate, I don't get it.

Even if it didn't end up escaping you'd have thought it would have thrashed around and tried.

The octo seems to have learnt the trick of inverting the shark. Sharks tend to "freeze" when inverted. Octo are very intelligent creatures.

I believe there is something in sharks system as when it is flipped up-site down they become temporarily paralyzed. Now I do not know if this goes for all the sharks but was watching about this on the Discovery channel, perhaps this is the case.

2-3 ft sharks. Amazing. Whats next giant squid vs whales? :)
