i know some ppl find in mean but honestly i would kill it to if i saw it climbing towards me its just fear and reaction.

Yeah it looks like a sloth in the pictures but imagine you're hanging out near a cave and this thing comes hobbling toward you. Alive, moving around, and randomly encountered Im sure this thing was a walking nightmare.
I would love to know if theres a colony of them in the cave though.

How about running the other way? If they had the opportunity to kill it by throwing rocks it obviously wasn't moving very fast. And don't sloths move in slow motion?

Wow possibly a randomly mutated hairless type of sloth? Or evolved over time in that cave? Amazing.

Yeah it sucks that it was killed and couldn't be studied alive, but 'fight or flight' is a natural reaction that most life forms face at point or another in their life.

Hard to say how you would react to seeing this thing coming at you until you're in that situation, but seriously, I'm sure most of us would crap our pants and either run screaming, or hurl the biggest stones you could find at it.

yeah they prolly didnt need to kill it but would you run over and give it a hug if you were a kid and it started after you?

it does resemble a sloth. big claws would be a dead give away. but the nose doesn't look like a sloth's nose...unless...

I agree, If I had 5-6 buddies with me and this white damn creature starts walking over some rocks. I've seen too many movies where the fat kid falls and gets gobbled up, I would probably also throw a rock. Look at it. If I saw that I would think it's an alien, no lie.

Talking to your buddies, then you look around and this white ugly deform monster starts moving closer to you. You have to decide in seconds, do I run and this white thing who knows is like a cheetah and one friend gets caught then another falls to here him screaming as your running your but off or.......throw some rocks at this thing and tell the cops. I'm sorry, but it would die. No alien thing is going to be probing me tonight.
