Yes pout they were seperated but in the same tank. there was more than enough of airation. I had a HOb filter and a 400 GPH powerhead on a 6X6 sponge filter. In a 30 gal tank Only temporarily before ne one flames me. Im stilled bumbed out. Thanks guys for the sypathy.

Dont give up on your other FHs! Careful on doing too large of a water change - you don't want to throw them into PH shock.

If you don't have a test kit find a LFS that does and find out whats going on water wise.

wow, sorry for your loses. i lost my first male fh that was a beauty to my female snake skin during breeding and he was double her size. he was my prized fish (at the time). good luck on the survivors

My dad was spray painting for a job. With a paint gun he was painting cabinetss thats why i had to go away he didnt want me breathing that stuff. :/ Damn but what am i gonna do now. He promissed me a pair since hes getting paid 5k for that job. Damn only if i would have know.
