In photoshop you can do digimark but you gotta buy it.

then click the A on the left side
pick the font you want
pick the size
the color
then pick the spot on the pic
click,hold,drag,in that spot
type what you want
done
oh and after you click the A
there will be some colored boxes below it
one,when you type will have white background
click the other boxes and it will be,trasparent
now ya gotta post a pic when you do it

ya you can,a box should pop up with sizes and fonts
if theres no box right click where you want to type,after you highlight the spot,and then click text toolbar
