The rutilus that Wes has are likely to be your best bet (Thai yarrelli). They're much slower growing than either the highland (B. bagarius) or lowland (B. yarrelli) giants. Lica appears to be fairly slower growing as well, but they are quite rare in the hobby. I've only seen a few examples, so they're hard to gather data on. Hopefully Matt gets one soon so I can examine it.
