All I said in my first post is that since I am in the U.S. I am too chicken to risk owning one~! Not once did I imply you owned an illegal fish.
I am still very interested in how much they cost in US$ if you dont mind me asking as they are a VERY beautiful animal.
For those of you that do have illegal fish remember F&G do patrol the boards and can get your IP. Yeah some one could have sent you that pic from a different country but it doesnt mean that they wont watch you a bit closer. My buddy who works for the Arkansas F&G says they (state and fed .gov) are cracking down more and more on the exotic pet trade.

My apology if I sound hostile. I was confused and seeking for clarification on why would you want me to post/share how much it cost while you've known American laws and that F&G patrols the board? Bottom line, if you already known the legal status of such fish in the U.S then you should also know whether it's available in the U.S. Also, this is Photo Lounge, where people post pictures, so I don't think it's appropriate to discuss about price hereJD7.62;1415170;1415170 said:Im confused on why you are so hostile. I also know that F&G patrol the boards....personally. That is why I gave a warning cause Id hate to see you all lose your fish pay HUGE fines and possibly jail time.
Id like to know how much they cost out of pure curiosity. Im not understanding your hostility towards me as I have not said anything but good things about your collection and that Id love to have a similar one one day if only it were legal in the U.S.
Red my post again. I already posted the price. Now your job is to convert PESOS to US currency.FishGoneWild;1411268; said:He got it at the 99 cents store so I assume it's 99 cents since everything in the store is sold for 99 cents. Wait in Mexico it's 99 pesos so he paid 99 pesos for it.

I was trying to do a quick add up of the value of your fish and wanted to include the aros. I sure hope you have insurance cause in the case of an earthquake, fire, or any other disaster....well it would suck to lose all those fish worth some big $$$!

Well may be health insurance, but there's still no health insurance for fish...
Since you're concern, my jobs are the best insurance, so I just focus on keeping my jobs
