I have one inch ast arowana.tell me how to keep it.what is the best tem for it.which feed he need.I keep in 11g aqu.

You are certainly gonna need a bigger home. I think that at this szize he will have a yoak sack so he won't need any feed.
You should be able to keep it in that 11 gal until it's at least 4 or 5 inches.. then, definitely move it to at least a 75 gal+.. then, 125.. then, 180+.. or just get a 180+.. and you won't have to worry about moving it all that much.
If you plan on keeping this fish healthy you'd better start doing alot of research. Does the aro still have it's yok sac? What type aro is it? Your gonna need to keep the water in pristine condirion and no surface currents.
Before giving advise at least find out the dimensions of the tank, what if this is a 11 gallon hex which are about 10" across

That's just my recommendation because that's not much different than an LFS keeping them in a 10 - 15 gal tank..
