I would not say lucky at all. Joe and I split 10 fry from Julie, I have 2 that will be koksters and possibly a third. 4 out of 10 fish really isnt luck at all. Would have been more but I believe I got 2 females out of the 5 I have personally. The Red Dragon fry that Julie has is a very good quality. I believe Robs came from the same order as Joe and I so its lookin pretty dam good.

do you know the percentage of fry with kok is less then 10%? Unless the Mom have a good size kok then that percent is higher. This is why flower horn with kok always rare and cost more.

I think Julie honestly just sends you better fry Joe LOL. Everybody seems to have fry from Julie now! I just ordered 5 more and 3 kamfa fry but 2 died during shipping. I got 2 cheap fish from ccooler too. What else did you get? I didn't get any fry that nice but I did get that fader last time. I got a pretty pearly one out of this batch that I have faith in but I don't see anything special with the others yet but they're not even 2" yet so who knows. I hope they're all females though because I asked her to try to pick me some females. If you know anybody who has any 3"+ females who are laying eggs for sale let me know. I have like 6 male fish know and no good females.. I will pay good money as long as they're good females.
 
Cam, I get the same scoop method as everyone else. We had 60 fry in the order and mutantseabass and myself had the last pickins LOL. They all looked pretty much the same when they first came in too because they where only 1.5" Yours may blossom very soon broham. i just got a few fry. I was trying to help Fronts get some people to share shipping to help him out and I picked upa few of these. I wish I woulda got more now. Julie didn't even pick these out BTW, she had her hubby do it, so not like she's hand picking them for me bro. Even if she was, it's nearly impossable to do at an inch and half.
