I have had him since he was an inch. This was a little under a year ago. I bought 15 FH altogether. He is the most aggressive out of the bunch. I just separted him yesterday so his color isn't that good because the tank he was in had a black background. Tell me what you think. I think he's about a b-.

P.s - How can I get his KOK to POP? They had a picture of the parrents at the store and the parents had big humps. Will beefheart do the trick???

Sorry didn't read the second post. Finding if the fish is hard especially in breeding colors but I would gander that your fish did not come from them and this is not a red dragon. Not all fish from a batch will get water koks and your increase your chance/size with parents with it. Its a cool fish though :)

hard to say but seeing as FH are not that big here and you shop in the area of that guy with that pair, I would say their is a good chance of it. It's not a red dragon though, and neither are the parents, as was brought up before. KoK has reached its potential allready IMO. It is hard kok and your stuck with what you got.

Man it's not a Red Dragon, I'm Super pissed now!!!!!!:angryfire:jaw-dropp

just an FTY 99% of fish you will find in Michigan LFS will be ZZ's. Red Dragon is a zz strain but here you will find everything under the sun and they are allmost always lower grade ZZ's or FH's crossed with something else. Red Dragons have big kok, 1/2 bright red and 1/2 white, no green in the body.
