I wouldn't worry about it as long as it seems ok, but I would try not to let it breed. Even if it does breed, the fry might not make it if they are deformed, or they could get eaten. I wouldn't worry either way.
If you are concerned and want to be sure it doesn't breed, you'll need to seperate it. Even so, it could have already done the deed.
 
It's a Mollie or Platy right?
I think that Platies are sexually mature and able to reproduce around 4 months and Mollies I believe are generally similar. I think that they will also mature a bit faster if kept in large groups, but don't quote me on that. :)
