Im going down in feb to take a look around. I'll let you know how it goes. The wife and kids went down a few months ago and loved it. Unfortunately i have no faith in their judgment. Thats exactly how we ended up in DE. No basements in fla atleast where we are looking so yup main floor finally. No more basement tanks
I think it will be a good move for you. There's a good mix of people in FL and the weather is awesome unless you like snow.
Most def check it out. My wife is emotional and can be wowed very quick without looking at the surrounding areas or school systems
From the tip of their nose to the tips of their tails they are around 15”. If you only count to the base of the tail, then maybe an inch or so shorter. They are still very active and have even started feeding with the lights on. Lol, it only took them over a year to warm up to the idea.
