One or two female leos?

I agree as well one will be just fine, they have no real need for friends. Just make sure to have some calcium power without D3 and a small moist box for her.
 
Just use the nocturnal heat bulbs and you won't have to worry about hurting their eyes. It helps raise the ambient temp levels in the tank. But I wouldn't leave it on 24 hours a day. Get a timer and leave it on for 6-8 hours should be fine.
 
Ambient temperature in my house right now is 80-83 due to it being summer in Florida. I'm afraid to raise it even more with a bulb, so I bought an UTH for one end of the tank. Hopefully it will be enough?
