I've been arguing with my parents forever to let me get get more tanks but they won't even listen. My dad just keep saying one tank is enough. I have a whole empty basement at my moms house but she still won't let me. I really need another tank to move my redbreast sunfish to because he is bullying my crappie. My dad tells me to let it go and I tell him every time that is illegal and dangerous to the environment. I really don't know what to do. They won't even think about it. :irked::confused:
 
I guess first question is how old are you, and are you giving your parents any money towards your hobby?
 
No way it could work with my bass. Most aggressive fish I've ever met. He killed a koi twice his size. Plus the redbreast is just too big for him to eat but not by much so he may try and choke. Money isn't the problem. I've payed for about everything I have regarding fish keeping. I'm 14.
 
what if you section off part of your pond? or build a structure in it that the bass can not fit into.a driftwood and rock fortress.i know you said the bass is aggressive,but killing a koi-it will not be able to defend itself.sunfish and bass co-exist everywhere.
