Also if you look at jeff rapps' website tangledupincichlids , you will see a lot of species that you can google the names of and look up. "cichlasoma" esmeraldas gold is a very cool fish he has that stays around that size.

Maybe the biggest cupido ever. Most cichlids can grow a bit larger than their average max size if given the right conditions, but biggest cupido I've seen is 4".
Another dwarf cichlid not mentioned is the checkerboard cichlid. They don't get quite 4" but are very nice. Would work instead of the cupido's with the guianacara and geos.

Chekered board cics are no where to be seen here, or cupido, know any breeder in canada if SA cics? No offese to african cic lovers but y do everyone breed them, but rarely do you get SA cic breeders in Toronto GTA?

No idea about Canada, I would email jeff Rapps and see if he ships out there.
