he needs a buddy....a chinese buddy.......nice korean perch.. how hard is it to find a chinese perch here in the us?

if i had more money i would LOL, he broke my wallet. but i have been offered to buy a Chinese perch but they were sick so he did not want to sell sick fish.

i have a aro community grow out now(10 silvers,1 black, and 1 jar if he plays nice), 4 bahia kelberi pbass, 2 spotted gars, motoro ray, and a albino CK :)
 
Do these grow to be as big as the Nile perch?

Perch seem to grow very slow though, at least in my opinion. I rarely see big ones in tanks aside from the obvious Niles.

I agree with you, even lates niloticus, how many have you seen over 30" in a fish tank? Pretty rare. growth depends on many factors, food, temp, water chemistry, genetics, etc...however contrary to popular belief, not so dictated by tank size.

If you keep a human in a small house or just in a room, does it make him become a dwarf?

the only big niles i seen are from river monsters and google LOL
