I've personally ordered from Pedro before and gotten top notch fish. I know several other members have as well, plus some of my personal friends have too.
I've also ordered from Rapps several times, and can name at least three different occassions, one of them my own, where one fish was sold as one thing, and turned out actually to be another. I also know of several people who have been 'burned' by Rapps. Does that mean I'll never buy from Rapps again? No. People make mistakes, things happen. He still has quality fish, and at great prices.
The same goes for Pedro.
If you wait long enough, you will find bad reviews for just about EVERY online retailer there is. It just comes with doing business online.
However, like camshaft so expertly pointed out, you can't just base your opinion on buying from him by one person. In this case camshaft was wronged by him, so his opinion is biased towards negative. You should look at both sides of the story, then make up your own decision, instead of just hearing one side and making up your mind.

Also thanks everyone but the whole mail order fish deal kinda spooks me so Im gonna go ahead and just hit up the LFS and pick out some nice baby O's today, My ammonia and nitrites finnaly bottomed out but my nitrates are off the charts so I gotta do some mondo wc's to get them down before I go grab any fish.
