OK I've had some really bad luck in the past couple of wks with the Vendors. I know Jeff Rapps just got back from vacation, so he's on my list to contact, but I need some advice here. Been through 4 different Vendors in the past 10 days and yet I still have no fish to show for it for one reason or another.

Looking for quality SA/CA Cichlids, shipping $50 and under. Please, someone sell me some fish! I am ready to make a purchase and am tired of having more interest to buy than they have to sell!
 
I've ordered with Jeff quite a few times, and I've always been satisfied.

He's also having a 20% off sale on ALL FISH from the 5th to the 8th.
 
Rapps and Cichlid Connection.. Have bought from both and couldnt be happier. i actually think they are in work together
 
Airport to airport is also a cheaper option for shipping. Door to door can be quite expensive, especially for overnight. Shipping costs are up because of high fuel costs...and not totally under the control of the people selling fish.

Check out JD Gentry's thread... he sells some great fish. And can get discounted shipping rates through his work..

Cichlid Connection and Ira primarily re-sell Don Conkel Fish (Dan Ye to a less extent). Depending on your opinion of Conkel - a whole nother of worms ;) - these could be good sources for you...

It's pretty obvious from my experiences that Jeff Rapps is head and shoulders above the rest of the vendors on this site, and to me, it's not even close. You pay extra for that quality and customer service just as you should.

I guess I'm just looking for someone who can at least hang with him just a teeny tiny little bit. But so far, nada. :irked:
 
floridatropicalfishdirect.com is great. Up to 12 baby fish for $45 shipping. Very nice collection of fish. Just got fish from them and all are doing great. will be getting a grammode in the next few weeks from there as well
