If you have ever popped your joint's out of socket, it can hurt like a mother! as well as snapping your leg in half. i know been there. dislocated knees. ankle and shoulder, and compound fracture to the leg, ware my foot was sitting on my knee bent upwards. didn't even feel it break!
I used to dislocate my knee like this so often that I learned how to pop it back in myself.
One time I was in Flushing Main street in Queens I was in the waiting to withdraw in the ATM when I slipped and my upper body weight and my heavy bags of groceries just made the dislocation worse. People saw me fall and some asked if I was ok, some screamed and some cringed. I was in intense paind but I grabbed my leg and popped it back into place. I then gathered my groceries (in pain) and limped to the bus stop and caught my bus home. I hate that feeling.

just pop ankle right? i ran cross traing one time down a hill and landed on my right ankle before( it hurt like hell!) but it would be a kool great story to tell, just the thought of it! (think about it!?...)
