Oopps! What do I do now?

Update: I put the dish in, a few days later eggs, two day after that mold, the next day everything eaten, then after I got home from work the divider put back in, water change and salt added.
The beat up female should recover soon.
It was exciting while it lasted. Is there anything I could do different if there is a next time?

Let's face it if they want to breed let them, it's nature.

Anyway just for precautionary sake, I wouldn't touch anything and allow the course of actions to play out.

I would try to get bigger tanks for the ones you have before trying to breed them again.. soon they will be too big and a divider wont work. At least if you have more room it may work. The eggs may not have taken because they are too young to breed?

Ya, probably too young. Also I have a 55 cycling right now and when it is ready I will take down the one they are in now.
