Wow! thats crazy, When I clean I use novus and am going to look for this stuff called brillianize (sp) I used vinegar on my 75 and now its got a hazy look to it. I'll never do that again. Sorry about your tank, I'm glad you shared your experience with us so we can avoid using alcohol

Either way, sorry to the OP for such a crappy experience.. never would have thought acrylic would crack that easily...

If I remember right, any flame-polished or laser-cut edges will craze(crack) when exposed to alcohol.
