Opinions on a possible trade

Yep, and those...along with the "barracudas" and tiger...will make great feeders for the aro if you are into that kind of thing. :)
I’m cool with live feedings, but I hate to see cool fish eaten lol but I guess that’s subjective.
The jardini would be going in a 180 for a few months then a 300 or possibly bigger, think if I got it I could put my Mala wolf with it once I get the bigger tank?

I'm the wrong guy to ask. I might possibly put a 2-foot fish into a 300-gallon tank, but I certainly wouldn't consider any tankmates; and I have no experience with big wolffish.

I don’t have to put the wolf in, he’s got a good home already, I just thought they would look cool together

Not really whether the tank size is big enough or not, it’s that the jardini is such an aggressive fish and so is the black wolf. People comm Asian aros/ silver aros with black wolves but I’ve never seen a jardini with black wolf. It could be a big issue where they fight each other to the death.

thing is, if you grow out your vittatus and sell it, would be much more worth compared to a 2ft jardini. Up to you I guess.

i once fed a Senegal bichir to my arowana and posted it on this forum, I got so much hate about it ??
