In my 150, I have a shoal of 9 Guianacara, 3 Acarichthys and 5 ornatum, and I believe (just as with Africans) aggression is evenly spread out, with no one fish singled out. The Acarichthys seem to move throughout the water column, as opposed to simply hugging bottom.

The male Guianacara in my pic is in breeding dress, and was just being moved to a separate tank for spawning. Because I couldn't tell which female was his consort, 4 were moved with him.
