Opinions on alternative fish?

I can't really remember the gallonage but you do have the dimensions, I posted them. Filtration is a 250 gallon skippy filter with a 1000 GPH pump. There's a bunch of stuff in the filter, whenever I come across some filter material I just stick it in to fill up gaps. Peacock bass sounds good, what's their growth rate?

They are fast growers, some say an inch a month with big tank and good filtration. Most people say live feeders help them grow fast do estimate 1/2 to an inch a month.
