If A central american cichlid cant even hybridize with a South American what makes you think a sunfish cichlid hybrid is possible? There not even in the same Family! if you do this you will have the first inter-familiar hybrid(meaning a hybrid from different families). Actually there not even in the same suborder! but I dont think there's a name for a hybrid across different suborders lol. Im just saying don't waste your time with this. I can't stop you from trying, Im just trying to help.
