To be honest, only interaction I have had with blood parrots has been in store. My statement was based on that. Do you mean most blood parrots have better personality than flowerhorn or few blood parrots can have better personality than few flowerhorns?
What I mean is blood parrots and flowerhorn can both have just as much personality as each other but it really depends on the individual fish.
Got it. I think chances might better with flowerhorn than parrot, if you pick a fish without checking it's behavior.
Well the behavior at the store does not always depict how a fish will act in your tank. They both have roughly the same potential.
If you're debating that, males tend to have a light yellow tint to their skin, while females have an orange overlay on their stomach. If you're talking about the HRP, which looks similar but isn't the same thing, the males have ore color. I'm getting off-track, aren't I?
All fish have a variety of personalities, but some are more aggressive by nature.
