If you're working 70 hrs a week I'd say pimp the truck. Get the dog when you have more time; they're definately a lot of work as puppies. Those are tight lookin rims too, and like jey said, 20's a good size.
 
Heard bad stories of Zinik's....

Go with the dog... then when you got the loot get the rims.... That way you'll know when someone is outside messing with your rims, you can send the dog to investigate the issue.
