Firstly, good luck with sale. It appears to be little bit washed out at the moment. It's not a BB or synspillus due to the rear line being uniformed rather than broken up for most syns. I'm going with melanarus or fenes for species id. Nonetheless, for the size and your asking price. Somebody will be happy with this fish.

he has good color.. just alil annoyed that i was messing with him for a pic. is he worth more than $10?i was just trying to get rid of him..

If your just trying to get rid of him $10 is a good price to do so.

Its worth getting just to confirm an ID. I'm still going with washed out BB. Syn maybe, but Fenestratum, come on now...that's a long shot. I'll try to buy it, beef it up and put it on some dark substrate with a few dithers to get its true color and markings out.

Your probably right. I was looking at the pic on my Iphone at the time. But if you look at the Fenestratus offered at Wet Spot as of late. The color strains they have resemble closely to a syns. Only difference is the line. That is why I said that. Nonetheless, it's going to be a nice looking fish eventually.

Pic of my 10" Synspillum in my Avatar. Whoever gets your $10 fish will be happy with end result as I'm sure it will be a beauty. GLWS!

It's a synspilium (aka melanurus; supposedly they're same species now). They're a pretty plastic species with very variable coloration and markings. Not sure how it could be mistaken for anything else.
