Orange Chromides (E. maculatus)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Originally I had 16, but I gave away about 8 of them. All seemed to have paired off and have produced fry, but tankmates got to them before i could separate or do anything about it. They seemed to do pretty well in hardwater. I also have a vid of them on youtube but that was originally when i first acquired them. At that time they were still less than an inch long. They maxed out at about 2 - 2.5 inches but all died one by one after I moved them into another tank. I think temperature had something to do with it since the temp fluctuated a lot esp since the tank was in the garage. My mistake. :( don't know if i'll ever run into them again but i hope to get some one day.
