Or maybe he just has an opinion? I agree with him, I like the body shape of jars more than that of asian aros.

well, i can understand that the guys that are keeping Asian arowanas can be (not "Is") bias. From high quality pictures and videos, my opinion is what I concluded. I think all arowanas are beautiful in their own ways regardless of how much they are worth and the colors that they display. i'm not bashing on the asian arowanas or anything. Hey, I'm from Southeast Asia myself, I have seen the Asian arowanas and they do look better in person (just as any fish would). It would be nice to have them in the US, but I guess its okay....somethings aren't meant to be....Wanting something and then actually having it can be different.

it was a red pearl saratoga look mate even in australia there hard to find lol iv only seen one in the in a shops around here lol and you live in the us im not sure about the pricesz over there but it does sound cheap because for a small jaradini thay cost around 100 -160
for a small fish

yeah, i'm starting to think that it was a red jardini...I swear, the next time I see one again (I highly doubt it) I'm gonna buy it no matter what.

saratoga arowanas are another kind of jardini from australia..it has a orange, goldish look to it and roughly costs a little more than a regular jardini which is kind of green and dark colored..wouldn't be a asian arowana....
Saratogas ARE jardinis :ROFL:they're not worth more than a regular jardini becuase they ARE regular jardinis
