I just picked up a clown loach that has symmetrical black spots/dots (one on each lower side, almost under the belly). Nothing special, just your regular oddball loach with spots/dots.

The strange thing is, on its left side it has an additional orange spot.
You cant see the other black dot in the picture because its really low but when you look at the loach from underneath it looks like a multicolor #2 domino if you can picture that. Ill try to get better pics. I personally have never seen this before and was wondering if anyone else has.

Heres a quick pic I took of it from my cell phone. You can see the other symmetrical spot loach I have in the background for comparison. Check it out...ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1400023094.130867.jpg

Nice. I have one similar to the spotted one in the background.

Hurry and fatten him up. You gotta make up for the fatty I just lost.

Im working on it. I just got them two days ago so they are still settling in. I went and bought a bunch of different foods just for the clown loaches this morning. So sorry for your loss.

Thanks. This has been really rough on me.

What all did you get to feed them?

What's good food to fatten them up?

Most tend to prefer sinking wafers. Mine swam in the water column and gobbled up everything. They ate tilapia, pellets, bloodworms, pretty much anything that would be edible.
