Awesome info! I am not sure what kind of Dat I am getting I will ask the guy soon and get back to you. I love doing water changes and since I have 4 tanks I pretty much do them twice a week anyway.

I am looking forward to them and will see what I can do. I dont want to lower the lifespan by keeping the temp too high and feeding too much but I will see how they do with some help from you guys.

Also, what is the best temp to keep them at?
 
I bought 2 widebars at 4" and they are both 6" in 7 months.

I also have like 16 baby dats that i have on frozen brine shrimp and they are growing pretty fast. I cant wait till they are about 1" bigger so i can feed them live ghost shrimp
 
cool so like anyother fish. They should be in tommorow and I will see what species they are.
