Other than a brief tempermant change or a few weeks when I accidentally induced breeding behavior he is a puppy dog.

well he came out to bask so i figured i would snap a few pics while he was out. he handled it pretty well. kind of just sat there looking at me.

in due time.. its weird having a small herp again. im so used to my big iguana.. havent had to deal with a baby reptile in a while.
anyone have any suggestions on how to get him to stop jumping up and hanging on the screen top? i have already removed the driftwood. and i thought that would stop him. it did for about 10 minutes. then he did it again! i dont want him to rip a nail out or break a toe.
They sell a sticky foil that you can put under the top and you can cut out holes for the lights. Its been a long time since I had my green iggy and I remember buying the stuff in NC. Idk about local pet stores. Mine never jumped up there but he climbed up his branches. It will help deflect the light back down too. You just have to see if it will still jump up to the cut outs.
