There is no know cure for this except to change water regularly, Many ppl suspect Active carbon too long in the water causes it.

i had a juvenile 8" 7 band maruloide previously with a a deep hole on it's head without any apparent reason n sadly i lost it after a week..so be careful

I think that is another case and definately no HITH disease, my old Blue Tang had HITH for 1.5 yrs and till the day I sold it its still swimming and eating like normal other than the cosmetic problem.

have you check the lfs near jalan pasa, last time i saw 3 of them there..but that 2 months ago.
