ordering from aquascape

I ordered some motors on 2 different occasions. I was happy with the shipping and packaging. Rays arrived healthy and were eating in a day. Awesome business. However, I had my rays for about 6 months and my tank went south, due to a fault of my own and i lost the rays. i will and advise others to order from aquascape.

I agree w/ this. My fish were eating their first day home. They were packaged great all in their own little bags.
 
i ordered from them a week ago, 11/17/07, still havnet gotten anything. only says my status is paid. also is your guys website down? cuz i cant get onto it
 
I placed and order for a Fish and a background. The fish arrived heathly and is doing fine. The background hasn't. I called they said it will be shipped form the manufactor and should arrive in 3-5 days, 5 days later I call the manufactor and they said it's out of stock and they don't expect it for at least a month and a half. I can't wait that long so I've tried to cancel the order. Another week gone by and Aquascape isn't answering my emails and didn't return my call (I actually spoke to someone).

I'm backed into a corner now, for $250 I have no choice other than to do a charge back. Too bad, because I would have loved to buy more fish from them.

I've ordered from Pedro before. It was a very smooth transaction. Fish arrived quick and healthy. I would order from Aquascape again. BTW, I live out in California.
 
I have both bought directly from the store and have had packages mailed. Every time, I received healthy fish. One time there was a mix up and they took care of the problem right away. Very happy with everything I have bought.
 
My Armatus has arrived. Very nice packing, and very good service. My new little buddy looks healthy and lively. I am very pleased with the smooth transaction. Very well done Aquascape!!!
 
I have seen their site and have been drooling to buy some fish there but never did shipping, all i know is that my friend gets like most of his fish their and that they all come in very good conditions, some better than others, like a ray that needed some time and won't eat anything but trout, until a little later (a couple of weeks) Very good place to buy fish as i heard. And i bet they ship to california ^ hey pedro! you are located in florida right?
