Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I was wondering if anyone has experience ordering from myhomenature.com
They say they ship internationally and will ship to the USA. They have a few fish I definitely would want to buy, but I want to make sure it's a good place to order from before I place the order

Hi Leo...

The company has a nice website and apparently the US shipments are out of Houston. But, there are any number of reputable sources for fish and plants here in the States that would have what you're looking for. I'd research those that are closest to you.

Just a thought.

I've been looking for a while, but haven't had luck finding any that get Raiamas Guttatus (plus other sp.), Opsariichthys sp. , Acrossocheilus Longipinnis, Zacco sp. and many of the various freshwater gobies, rare brackish water fish and such. I've been mainly relying on Wes from Rarefish and wetspot, but they haven't been getting many of the species I've been looking for recently,

I got acrossocheilus kreyenbergii from Wes, keep asking he'll get them in again. Those guys are crazy though they're nippers & will kill anything in the same tank, even an aro. But this other guy i got my zacco platypus from had lots of great fish a year or 2 ago but i'd nvr do biz w/ him again.

They are selling Wels Catfish.
In batches of 10, as Silurus Meridionalis.
Listed as a tropical food fish.
Maxing out at 100cm.

Um..
That's no Wels catfish.
I'd take what they say with some salt.

I've kept acrossocheilus fasciatus and acrossocheilus parallens before and the fasciatus seem to be a lot like how your experience with acrossocheilus kreyenbergii has been
since some of the Raiamas sp are aggressive from what I hear, I wonder if it would be better to keep them with the aggressive acrossocheilus or not?
Wes is a great source. hopefully he gets some nice gobies and Cypriniformes in soon

Acrossocheilus K. individually is very WEIRDD! Looks and acts peaceful at 1st though once settled within 2 days will choose specific fish to attack. IME it won't attack all tank inhabitants at once though rather will find one, keep nipping to kill it, then goes on to the next. Oddly though will do great with minnows & koi or just solo. I was trying to sell mine on here last year. I have some old threads on them too bro i think we shared photos before! -

They call them "baby wels".
